Produced with various plant proteins, it can be cut, seasoned and refined in many ways, just like its meaty counterpart. When fried, golden-brown frying marks develop just like on a piece of chicken meat for absolute confusion.

Allow to thaw before cooking.
Storage advice: Store at -18°C at least, do not refreeze once thawed.
Preheat the grill. Rub defrosted fillets with some vegetable oil and grill over medium heat (approx. 160 °C), turning several times, for approx. 6 minutes per side.
Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the defrosted fillets for a total of approx. 8-10 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C heat (0% humidity). Roast the defrosted fillets in it for approx. 8-10 minutes.
