Plant-based Smash Burger mit Grillgemüse und Rucola

Preparation

GRIDDLE (or cast-iron pan) 3-4 MIN.

Place the frozen Smash Burger Patty on a hot griddle (or a cast-iron pan) with some oil at high heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes on both sides until the desired color is achieved.
Tip: Remove the needed amount of smash burger patties only and prepare while still frozen. Do not thaw! These patties are perfect for buns with a diameter of 10-11 cm.

Deep fat Fryer 2-3 MIN.

Deep fat Fryer: Preheat the deep fryer to 170 °C. Let the frozen Smash Burger Patty fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove access grease with a clean towel.
