GENERAL DETAILS

Our schnitzel can be prepared both in the pan and in the deep fryer. The latter achieves the best result.
Storage instructions: Store frozen at a minimum of -18 °C, do not refreeze after defrosting.

The Green Mountain Schnitzel

Preparation

Pan 12 MIN.

Preheat sufficient vegetable oil on medium heat. Fry the cutlets on both sides over medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

Deep Fryer 4 MIN.

Deep-fry the frozen cutlets at 170°C for approx. 3-4 minutes.

Oven 10 MIN.

Preheat the oven to 180°C, heat frozen cutlets at 180°C (0% steam) for approx. 12 min.
