We redefined the classic German red bratwurst – and it tastes as delicious as you’d expect! This plant-based smoked red sausage contains fine spices and all the expertise of the butcher’s trade.
It is suitable as a classic currywurst, in a hot dog or even in a “sausage wrap”. Of course, it can also be used in savoury classics such as grilled sausage with sauerkraut or Bavarian sausage salad – and as a vegan version it will convince any flexitarian.

Defrost the Plant-based Red Bratwurst. Preheat the pan on a medium heat, fry the defrosted sausages for about 7-8 minutes, turning them several times.
