Preheat the pan on medium heat with sufficient fat. Place the frozen Plant-based Crispy Burger Patty in the pan and cook for about 4 minutes on each side until browned to your liking.
Add sufficient oil to the deep fat fryer and preheat to 180 °C. Fry the frozen Plant-based Crispy Burger Patty in the oil for about 3 – 4 minutes. Remove any excess oil with clean kitchen paper.
Preheat the combi steamer at 180°C (convection) and 5% steam. Cook the frozen Plant-based Crispy Burger Patty for 9 – 10 minutes. Tip: We recommend preparing the product from frozen. If thawed, the preparation time is reduced by 1-2 minutes
