Preparation

FRYING PAN 6-8 MINUTES

Preheat the pan on medium heat with sufficient fat. Place the frozen Plant-based Tenders in the pan and cook for about 3 minutes on each side until browned to your liking.king.

DEEP FAT FRYER 3-4 MINUTES

Add sufficient oil to the deep fat fryer and preheat to 180 °C. Fry the frozen Plant-based Tenders in the oil for about 3-4 minutes. Remove any excess oil with clean kitchen paper.

COMBI STEAMER 7-10 MINUTES

Preheat the combi steamer at 180°C (convection) and 5% steam. Cook the frozen Plant-based Tenders for 7- 8 minutes. Tip: We recommend preparing the product from frozen. If thawed, the preparation time is reduced by 1-2 minutes.
