Grill 12 MIN.<\/h3>\n

Preheat the grill. Rub the defrosted fillet with some vegetable oil and grill at medium heat (approx. 160 \u00b0C), turning several times, for about 12 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Pan 8-10 MIN.<\/h3>\n

Heat some vegetable oil over a medium heat. Fry the defrosted fillet on both sides for a total of about 8 to 10 minutes until golden.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Combi-Steamer 8-10 MIN.<\/h3>\n

Preheat the oven to 180 \u00b0C (0% humidity). Rub the defrosted filet with some vegetable oil and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n
