Preparation\n<\/h2>

Pan 6 MIN. <\/span><\/h3>\n

Preheat the pan, add some oil and fry the defrosted strips over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
\nFrozen strips will increase the frying time by 1-2 minutes. Afterwards marinate, season or prepare according to taste.<\/p>\n

Preparation in sauce 10 MIN<\/h3>\n

Bring the frozen strips in the sauce to a boil for 1-2 minutes and let them rest for at least 8 Minutes.
\nTip: The product is free from aroma and minimally seasoned. Due to its unique texture, it ideally absorbs the flavour of sauces, marinades and other seasonings. The best way to prepare the product is to fry it in a pan and then add a sauce or season with a marinade.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n
