Preheat the grill. Rub defrosted steak with some vegetable oil and grill over medium heat, turning several times, for about 11 minutes in total.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Pan 8-10 MIN.<\/h3>\n

Heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the defrosted steak for a total of approx. 8-10 minutes on both sides.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Combi-Steamer 8-10 MIN.<\/h3>\n

Preheat oven to 180 \u00b0C heat (0% humidity).
